Vandachostylis Lou Sneary (Vanda falcata “Kokakuden” 紅赫殿 x Rhynchostylis coelestis ‘Ching Hua Blue’)
This is a fine cross with falcata and coelestis. Normally coelestis gives even more blue color to the lip of it’s children.
Maybe the Vanda falcata has a very strong color gene that makes the cross mostly white?
Finally this beauty is in full bloom. Normally this cross is Blue but this is a meristem of a Pink sibling in a Blue population. It flower 1-2 times a year and the flowers are long lasting (60 days ++).
This is a fine cross of lilacina and miniata that sets spikes that never seem to end, they just seem to grow and grow. For half the year (April to September) it sets new spikes all the time. Before the last flower on a spike has droped a new spike is emerging!
Here is a cross of Vanda and Paraphalaenopsis that I grow upside down to avoid crown rot.
